HappyClub Terms and Conditions for Pakistani Players

Welcome to HappyClub. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("Member", "you", "your") and HappyClub ("HappyClub", "we", "us", "our") that governs your access to and use of the HappyClub platform available at happyclub.bet, including all betting services, live casino products, virtual sports, esports markets, VIP rewards, and promotional programmes offered by HappyClub.

By registering an account on HappyClub, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use HappyClub's services.

These Terms are written in English and are primarily intended for players based in Pakistan. Where local conventions differ, the terms used here refer to Pakistani norms and practices — for example, all monetary amounts reference Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To use HappyClub's services you must be at least 18 years of age. HappyClub strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under 18. This is a non-negotiable requirement and applies regardless of local practices or parental consent.

By registering, you declare that you are at least 18 years old and that all registration information you provide is accurate and truthful. HappyClub may request age verification documents at any point — failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.

You must also confirm that you are not using the platform in a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing HappyClub's services is lawful in your location. HappyClub makes no representation that its services are available or appropriate for use in all locations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on HappyClub. Creating multiple accounts ("duplicate accounts") is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances, bonuses, and winnings held across those accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. HappyClub will not be held responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your password secure. You must notify HappyClub's support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All information provided during registration must be accurate and current. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address. HappyClub reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any of the information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

All transactions on HappyClub are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). HappyClub does not apply any currency conversion to member transactions. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount that appears in your account balance, with no deduction for exchange rate processing.

Deposits are available via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rs 200. Deposits from payment methods not registered in your name may be declined, and HappyClub reserves the right to return funds to the originating account and request re-deposit from a verified matching method.

Withdrawals are processed to verified PKR payment methods. The standard processing time for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals for verified accounts is within 15 minutes. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification at any time. Unverified accounts may experience delays until supporting documents are provided and reviewed.

Minimum withdrawal amounts and any applicable processing limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Details are available in your account dashboard. HappyClub does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions; however, bank or mobile wallet charges applied by your payment provider are outside HappyClub's control and are not reimbursed.

All bets placed on HappyClub are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, and game type. The minimum cricket bet is Rs 100. Once a bet is confirmed via the bet slip confirmation screen, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.

HappyClub reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed at manifestly incorrect odds, or placed in connection with market manipulation or system exploitation. In the event of a voided bet, the original stake is returned to the member's account balance.

For cricket and other sports markets, settlement is based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB for PSL matches, ICC for international fixtures). In the event of a result being revised after initial settlement, HappyClub will re-settle affected markets in accordance with the official revised result.

Maximum bet limits vary by market type and member VIP tier. These limits are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation. HappyClub reserves the right to limit or restrict the betting activity of any member without being required to provide a reason, consistent with responsible gaming practices and risk management policies.

HappyClub offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference. Members should read the individual promotion terms carefully before accepting any bonus.

Welcome bonuses are available to new members who register a verified account and make a qualifying first deposit of at least the minimum amount specified in the promotion. Welcome bonuses are not available to members who have previously held an account on HappyClub or who create a new account to claim a welcome bonus after having held a prior account.

Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount must be bet through before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Deposits are withdrawable at any time regardless of bonus status unless depositing in a combined deposit-and-bonus structure as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

HappyClub reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Members who are found to have abused bonus systems — including through coordinated betting, hedge betting across accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will have their bonus entitlement removed and may have their accounts reviewed.

The HappyClub VIP Club operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. All registered members are automatically enrolled at Bronze tier upon account creation. VIP points are earned on every eligible bet placed across all HappyClub products and accumulate toward tier advancement.

VIP tier benefits — including weekly cashback percentages, withdrawal processing speeds, personal account managers, and daily withdrawal limits — are subject to change. HappyClub will provide reasonable advance notice to affected members before reducing any existing benefit, but reserves the right to restructure the programme in line with operational requirements.

VIP cashback is credited to member accounts automatically each Monday for the preceding week's net gaming losses. The cashback percentages and applicable thresholds for each tier are specified in the VIP Club section of HappyClub. Cashback credited at Bronze, Silver, and Gold tiers carries a 1× wagering requirement before withdrawal. Platinum and Diamond cashback is credited with no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable.

The HappyClub Refer a Friend programme allows members to earn PKR cash rewards for introducing new players to the platform. Each member is assigned a unique referral link accessible from their account dashboard. The referral reward of Rs 500 is credited to the referring member's account when a referred friend completes account registration through the referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 500.

Referral rewards are real, withdrawable PKR cash with no wagering requirement. There is no cap on the number of referrals a member may make. Milestone bonuses are payable at 10, 25, 50, and 100 qualified referrals as specified in the Refer a Friend section of HappyClub.

Referrals of existing HappyClub members, self-referrals, or referrals made to accounts created for the sole purpose of triggering rewards are prohibited. HappyClub reserves the right to investigate suspicious referral activity and to withhold or reverse any rewards associated with fraudulent or artificial referral structures.

HappyClub is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to manage financial difficulties. If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, please use the responsible gaming tools available in your HappyClub account or contact our support team directly.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all HappyClub members: deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session duration reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Self-exclusion can be set for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent closure. Once a self-exclusion is active, it cannot be reversed during the selected period.

HappyClub will not knowingly solicit play from, or target marketing communications at, any member who has self-excluded or who has indicated a wish to take a break from gambling. Any member who believes they received unsolicited marketing during a self-exclusion period should report this immediately so it can be corrected.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on HappyClub and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, access accounts, or interact with HappyClub's systems
• Exploiting system errors, technical glitches, or odds calculation mistakes — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Colluding with other members, HappyClub employees, or third parties to manipulate markets or gain unfair advantage
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets on events where the outcome has been influenced by inside information or corrupt activity
• Money laundering or using HappyClub as a vehicle for financial fraud, regardless of the amounts involved
• Creating accounts under false identities or providing forged documentation during verification
• Systematically hedging bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit regardless of outcome (arbitrage abuse)
• Engaging in any conduct that HappyClub reasonably considers to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward support staff or other members

HappyClub reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any member account at its discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, suspicion of prohibited conduct, failure to provide requested verification documents, underage gambling, or persistent technical abuse.

Where an account is closed for a reason other than a Terms violation, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the member via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Where an account is closed due to a Terms violation or fraudulent activity, HappyClub reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation, and may forfeit balances in confirmed fraud cases.

Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting HappyClub support. A voluntary closure request should include confirmation that no active bets remain open. Open bets will be settled normally before closure is completed, and any remaining verified balance will be returned upon request.

HappyClub collects and processes personal data from members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to HappyClub collecting, using, and storing your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

HappyClub uses industry-standard encryption to protect member data in transit and at rest. Member payment information is processed through secure, PCI-compliant payment gateways. HappyClub does not store full card numbers or mobile wallet credentials beyond the immediate transaction window.

HappyClub will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, or fraud prevention services where required by law or where disclosure is necessary to protect HappyClub's legitimate interests. All disputes will be reviewed by HappyClub's customer resolution team. For complex disputes, a response may take up to 14 business days. HappyClub's decision on disputes is final within the scope of its internal review process. Members who remain dissatisfied after exhausting HappyClub's internal dispute resolution process may seek advice from appropriate consumer protection bodies in their jurisdiction.

HappyClub may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, HappyClub will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account and/or via a notice displayed on the platform. The revised Terms will also be published on this page with the updated effective date shown at the top.

Your continued use of HappyClub's services following notification of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with a material change to these Terms, you should stop using HappyClub's services and contact support to arrange closure of your account and return of any verified balance.
